Credentials

Doctor Noe earned his doctorate of naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. Bastyr University is a nationally accredited naturopathic college, and is a leading research center for natural medicine in North America. He has also completed a professional course with the New England School of Homeopathy.

Dr. Noe is a member and officer of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and a member and past president of the Vermont Association of Naturopathic Physicians. He is licensed by the state of Vermont as a naturopathic physician.

Dr. Noe received his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech.
